I like trying new things and finding good people.

Outside of design, I’m someone who loves learning, exploring, and keeping busy. I’m getting more serious about horse riding after being on and off with it for years, and I recently discovered pickleball, mostly because I found a great community to play with every Sunday.

Before UX, I worked in education and loved working with kids. I was also a Learning Leader, where I supported and supervised a team of 15 teachers, helping with training, lesson planning, and their day-to-day growth. I still really value the part of my career that was about helping people learn and develop.

I’m also a big fan of antiquing. Having moved around quite a bit, I think I’ve always been drawn to old things because they make a home feel like it has a story and has been lived in. I’m currently trying to become a plant mom too. I’ve killed more than a few, but apparently plants need water and good soil, so I’m learning to listen to them. 🌱

Basically, I like trying new things, finding good people, and always having something to look forward to.
